“Upon selecting a site and building, the adaptive reuse for dunnhumby USA’s 150,000 sf headquarters had to be completed quickly. Planned to accommodate a workforce of 450 employees, the design of dunnhumby’s work space uses an all open office layout combined with varied spaces that provide multiple levels of privacy, meeting and gathering.
Extremely low furniture partitions and varied use of glass throughout, creates a feeling of openness and allows for maximum communication and collaboration. The utilization of a raised-floor system housing power and data supports dunnhumby’s dynamic work process and dedication to cutting edge technology. Color and Branding elements were used throughout the space showcasing their culture, values and work process.”
