One of the things I appreciate in office design is when a real effort is made to bring elements of a business into the workplace. HBO‘s NYC office has done just that.
Designed by a+i architecture, the space has a mixture of dark floors and dark furnishings, juxtaposed against a bright ceiling. Which happens make me think of that television fuzz for some reason. The space also pulls in colors that remind me of the emergency broadcast spectrum. Pretty fun if you ask me.
And of course the stairway wall is covered with film reels.
In terms of workspace, the office has what looks like workstations for four, and some sort of custom in/out box system. Smaller conference spaces are available just off from the main workspaces as well.
