Google’s Newest Tokyo Offices

  • Client Google,
  • Location Tokyo, Japan,

  • Google has recently moved into new offices in Japan which were designed by Klein Dytham Architecture. The new offices were built out over 4 phases and feature a variety of styles.

One thing that immediately stands out from the photos are the number of custom wall graphics and fabrics that can be seen. It looks like there are graphics in just about every room. Some favorites of mine include the Google Maps pins, the Androids, and the Chrome icons – which could signify the products being developed out of the Japan location. The designers used these graphics in addition to color to signify location by applying them to specific zones throughout the office.
