  • Duetz Fashion GmbH, the main importer of GANT in Germany, asked PRIMA to extend its company headquarters in Holzwickede. The new office gives Duetz Fashion a comfortable and branded space for their staff.

“Right from the start of the process, PRIMA joined Duetz in discussions with the architect in order to align the technical aspects of the construction project in the preliminary phase. This intensive contact continued throughout the construction phase. All aspects of the building project were discussed and agreed during the weekly building meetings so that work could start on the interior as soon as the outer shell of the property was completed.

The project manager’s advisory role was essential. Not only did the decor of the entrance, presentation rooms, offices and showroom have to seamlessly match that of GANT, everything had to be right technically too, ranging from both the stairs to lighting systems. Even a tiny deviation from the GANT concept would be immediately obvious.

To also meet sustainability standards, the interior includes existing furniture as well as sustainable vintage materials. Moreover, LED technique is applied throughout the office to reduce energy consumption.

Numerous accessories, such as antique airplane models, sports cups and vintage suitcases complete the desired image of the headquarters in all its departments.

All the parties involved in the entire office interior, were managed by PRIMA. Thanks to the intensive collaboration between the project manager and the planner, everything ran smoothly. Along the way, solutions were suggested, plans were adjusted and any last-minute requests were fulfilled.

Fitters’, technicians’ and suppliers’ questions were answered, and problems were solved. The whole process ran like a well-oiled machine.

It took PRIMA approximately 3.5 months to complete the entire interior fitting work, resulting in a unique and elegant office covering 3 floors.”
