Global creative agency StartJG has recently moved into a new office located in London’s landmark Tea Building.
StartJG’s new home in the Tea Building: a place for ideas to thrive. After almost 18 years as an independent agency and 10 years in the heart of Soho, StartJG has moved to the legendary Tea Building, Shoreditch. Our new space is designed to encourage seamless integration between our specialisms of brand, interaction and environment, and inspire our talent – and our clients – to collaborate, concentrate, talk, relax, laugh, escape and have fun.
The idea was to create a studio space ‘in flux’ that captures the spirit of continuous change and the energy of our people. So the overall look is playful, flexible and engaging. Furniture on castors, mobile blackboards and soundproofed ‘inventor’s sheds’ allow breakout spaces to flex and inspire interaction. A central bar area is the social heart – providing more flexible space to meet, eat, drink coffee and exchange ideas.
Giving designers the opportunity to move about and work with a different view everyday is our way of living our own brand. It’s a place for invention, innovation and collaboration: where design meets advertising, where strategy meets art, where physical meets digital and where people and ideas connect every day. And, most importantly, where our clients feel at home too.
