Discovery Networks’ Buenos Aires Offices
Buenos Aires Planning has designed the offices of Discovery Networksat Al Río, a new building located by the river bank in Vicente López, Buenos Aires.
Taking advantage of the incredible views from the 12th floor, one of the main aims of the project was to make sure that the majority of the workstations would receive natural lighting and that everyone would have access to window views from their work area. That´s why all private offices and meeting rooms are located at the sides of the floor, leaving the center for open workspace with 50 meter-long windows with river views.
Another relevant premise was to design meeting points in strategic parts of the floor, in which to apply color and images related to the company´s activities.
This minimalistic design consists of light color materials to reflect natural lighting, with wooden details as to provide warmth to the environment.
