Mobilitis Offices – Paris
Mobilitis has designed a new office space for its real estate strategy and support consultancy located in Paris, France.
New Charras comes from both an ambition and a dilemma. The lease agreement coming to an end, Mobilitis has had to face an important question “Can we combine a growing team with a limited surface of 5 382 square feet in central Paris, and if so how?”
We have quite a wide and diverse field of expertise, ranging from Real Estate Strategy, Research and Transactional assistance, to the Support for changeover and furniture’s. Our team has been able to work on these various areas due to their complementary profiles, creativity, strong innovation and a perfect understanding of the property market. The lease agreement was not an obstruction, but on the contrary it has been a great opportunity to experiment new concepts, such as desk-sharing and telecommuting. It has shown us what we can do and how we can work as a whole. As to answering the question “Can we combine a growing team with a limited surface?”, the answer is YES.
At Mobilitis’ rue Charras, we have combined the shared work spaces with numerous meeting rooms, a silent room, and phone boxes, as to answer every need. The ceilings and walls are sound proof. We wanted to create an environment that represents who we are and our values. The layouts have been designed to give an informal and friendly atmosphere, where comfort and the latest facilities meet.
