Xylem Offices – Rye Brook
Amenta Emma Architects have designed the new offices of Fortune 500 global water technology company Xylem located in Rye Brook, New York.
Xylem selected Amenta Emma to provide architectural services for their 70,000 sf headquarters relocation to Rye Brook, NY. With approximately 130 employees, the project consisted of a full complement of services, from building selection through move-in, within 9 months.
Inspired by Xylem’s passion for global water solutions, Amenta Emma incorporated their brand throughout the entire facility. The dense program included an innovation center, training room, heavy video conferencing, a communicating stair between the first and second floors, and CEO suite, all while achieving LEED Gold certification.
