Plaine Commune Habitat Offices – Saint Denis
Mobilitis has developed new offices in Saint Denis, France for Plaine Commune Habitat, an organization that builds, assigns housing and contributes to the districts’ life.
Plaine Commune Habitat came to us in order to gather its employees on a unique site and create a comfortable and bright working environment without embellishment, which personify the company’s values. The traditional aspect of individual desks is in contrast with colorful touches, modern meeting rooms and exchange spaces. The furniture installed were brand new to retain a real consistency.
The architectural project has been designed with employees’ involvement to make sure the layout reflects the atmosphere Plaine Commune Habitat coworkers were looking for. For example, they chose to have a different color and plants for each floor. The main purpose of it being to locate themselves easily in the building. As for the top floor, a kitchenette, a dining area, a living room as well as a room for fitness exercises has been installed.
