Our agile Seattle office embraces the Pacific Northwest’s spirit and empowers our teams to challenge workplace conventions.

Perched on the 67th floor of the Columbia Tower, the 2nd tallest building on the West Coast, our new workplace captures sweeping views of Seattle, Puget Sound and Mt. Baker. The majesty of the scenery is enhanced by the robust Activity Based Working (ABW) strategy that drove design.

By shifting the focus from “me” to “we,” ABW provides an ideal framework to propel our highly collaborative process. Employees in the Seattle office have no dedicated individual workspaces.
Instead, our office provides an arsenal of ten distinct modules to house formal meetings, impromptu collaboration, independent focus work, and social interaction. Individuals and teams are empowered to choose the environment that best meets their needs. From a private soundproof phone capsule, to small enclosed team rooms, to open benching, each module accommodates a distinct workstyle.

We’re firm believers that a strong sense of place fuels creativity and fosters a unified team culture. A central cafe/lounge gathering space helps to break down internal silos, encourages interaction, and facilitates group activities. Colorful fabric details and locally sourced light fixtures imbue our hub with a distinctive Pacific Northwest ethos.
