TPG Architecture has developed the new offices of medical communications agency BIONYC in New York City.
BIONYC is a New York City based ad agency (a division of BGB Group) that focuses on medical advertisements/communications. The project is approximately 9,000 RSF and located on the 4th floor of 38 Greene Street, a late 19th century masonry building in Soho.
The space is comprised of a large open-plan work area with zero private offices, plus meeting rooms and a large divisible board room. The reception area also serves as a lounge with beer and iced coffee kegs.
