The Wave II Coworking Offices – Hong Kong
Spatial Concept has developed a new coworking office location for The Wave located in Hong Kong.
This is The Wave 2nd coworking office designed by Spatial Concept after the huge success of the 1st office opened in 6 months ago. As the new shared office is targeted for I.T., bloggers and tech startups, the concept is very different from the previous one. The planning focus on multi-functional space, large shared office can be turned into seminar space, making the space highly flexible. Meeting rooms and phone booths provide privacy and allow concentration work if needed. The cozy & woody café style is driven by the new way of how Gen Z works, not necessary at a desk but on sofa and high table etc. The expose ceiling and columns retain the original industrial feel of the building while modern design elements are added to create this forward thinking shared office.
