Nordea Offices – London
Peldon Rose has developed the new offices of European bank Nordea located in London.
The London office for Nordea didn’t represent their respected brand and needed to be modernised. With staff being spread across the building, their new workspace needed to bring their people together to help improve staff integration and communication. Nordea required an office with better facilities that improved the flow of the office.
The overall office design is inspired by Nordea’s Scandinavian roots which is the prominent style in the bright, elegant reception area. The natural timber ceilings and minimalist look are traditional Nordic design.
An impressive reception area is designed to create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere. Breakout spaces are located around the office which work as relaxing spaces for staff and agile working spaces for visitors, so that they always have a space to work when they are visiting the London office.
In the main part of the office, we have implemented agile working spaces and there are four private working pods, small and large meeting rooms to cater for the range of needs staff and guests need at the offices. Inspired by Scandinavian cities and landmarks, these spaces help contribute to the Nordic theme.
