Tokopedia Offices – Noida
Dezinetree Projects recently achieved the office design for Tokopedia, a leading e-commerce company, located in Noida, India.
The Tokopedia office project focused on a new workspace setting based on integration, collaborations and transparency of spaces. Being their first office in this country, we helped them achieve one of the best workspace settings to mark their presence with prominence.
The main intent behind this design is to anticipate the ever-evolving needs of the business while creating a cohesive brand environment that embraces innovation and company culture and vision.
The concept inherited from the archipelago of Indonesia, the Origin country of Tokopedia. The archipelago is the cluster of islands in between the ocean, whereas the different spaces here like meeting rooms, Collaboration areas & ancillary spaces represent the islands of Tokopedia forming an archipelago that is distributed over the whole floor plate. And each space is very thoughtfully designed & served with specific purpose & character.
Very clean and uncluttered spaces are carved out from scratch projecting energy, enthusiasm through the amalgamation of contemporary looks & style. The setup is simple yet unique. Different hues of Green, Grey & Pinch of Yellow- from carpet to furniture, whole floor plate has been rendered in a unique tone. With the use of bright colors in the meeting rooms & exposed ceiling in the workstation areas, the project maintained the perception of wider spaces. With very minimal and informal setup, this setting provides them an interactive environment, which not only takes care of corporate wellbeing but also offers them a platform to socialize.
Ceiling design reflecting the character of flooring, using the same language of curves & form complementing each other dictating the philosophy of Industrial Office design. The volume of the space is brought to the human scale with the help of a floated ceiling which is beautifully interweaved between the clusters of meeting rooms, giving the whole space a more dynamic character. Simplistic lines with minutely detailed fixtures lend themselves to accentuate the aesthetic atmosphere. It has all the corporate taste for opulent items without the slightest touch of personality.
The overall result is a work environment that bridges the experiential and corporate and at the same time possess the functionality and operational ease demanded by the client.
