Vacons designed WorldQuant’s office in Hanoi, embracing a concept of The Quantitative Block with hi-tech features, strategic use of colors, seamless connections, and sustainability elements, fostering a productive work environment.
Vacons once again takes on the role of design and construction for WorldQuant’s office, located in the Capital Place – A grade-A building in the heart of Hanoi. Covering an area of 1425 square meters, the office is embraced by the main concept of The Quantitative Block.
The design reflects the unique characteristics of a leading global company specializing in developing and implementing investment strategies across various asset classes in international markets. At the same time, it deeply resonates with the culture and spirit of Hanoi, a city with a rich thousand-year history.
The office design is based on several distinctive concepts:
– The Hi-Tech: Technology is seen as an art form, showcasing the unrelenting creativity of human intellect.
– The Quantitative of Color: Colors are carefully selected to shape the space and evoke different emotions for the staff.
– The Connection: The design connects spaces seamlessly, encouraging interaction and collaboration among employees.
– The Parametric: Design forms are shaped based on algorithmic processes, offering innovative creativity.
– The Sustainability & Environmental Friendly: Every aspect of the office is aimed at sustainability and environmental friendliness, prioritizing employee well-being.Vacons understands the importance of integrating nature into workspaces. In this office, greenery is a key element, creating a healthy and environmentally friendly atmosphere for employees. The open office design, equipped with modern technology, meets the needs of a leading global company, fostering a flexible and efficient workspace.
Natural light is maximized, resulting in a bright and airy setting that encourages comfort and good energy. Additionally, easy tea points are strategically located throughout the workstation to provide workers relaxation and energy replenishment. The lounge area combines modern design with traditional elements to create a soothing and beautiful ambiance.
