WorldQuant Offices – Ho Chi Minh City
Vacons designed and built the modern and luxurious WorldQuant office in Ho Chi Minh City, incorporating local culture through murals and green spaces to create a sophisticated and inspirational workplace.
Situated at the Saigon Centre building, in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. The Vacons team was fully responsible for designing and building the WorldQuant Office. The office space of 1285 sqm is intended to be modern, luxurious, and classy. Demonstrates WorldQuant’s significance and position as a global leader in developing and deploys investment strategies across a variety of asset classes in global markets.
The office was designed with the “Local Touch” concept in mind to foster a sense of community and connection to the surrounding culture. Bringing traditional culture into the workplace with murals depicting the beauty of Vietnam. The area is smartly and sophisticatedly designed. Luxurious reception hall and waiting area with moss walls, as if to reflect the spirit of conserving the environment. Commensurate with the status of a global leader.
The office is divided into three main workspaces, all of which are intended to foster an efficient and creative working atmosphere. Modern meeting rooms are outfitted with cutting-edge technology, allowing participants to exchange and collaborate more effectively. In addition, phone rooms and team rooms offer peaceful and private locations for solo and group work.
The WorldQuant office focuses on maximizing natural light to keep the area bright and fresh. Green space is used to provide a relaxing environment while also increasing creativity and productivity in the workplace. The whole design of the office exudes luxury and modernism, resulting in an ideal and inspirational working atmosphere for employees.
The lounge space is a standout feature of the design, with its modern and dynamic aesthetic. This area features bars, rest pods, and entertainment areas, making it a soothing and friendly place for employees to unwind after work. The ceiling design in the lounge area is notable for its creative curves, which are coupled with wall paintings that illustrate the “Local Touch” theme, resulting in a lively and intriguing place.
