Nestle Hilltown Offices – Istanbul
Studio 13 Architects designed the Nestlé Hilltown offices in Istanbul as a dynamic, people-centered workplace that fosters collaboration, community, and well-being through flexible spaces and nature-integrated design.
Nestlé’s Hilltown Office is more than a workplace—it is a stage for collaboration, community, and flexibility. Conceived as an open and fluid environment, the office encourages spontaneous encounters and modular ways of working that seamlessly adapt to the evolving needs of its people.
Terraces, training zones, and vibrant social areas empower employees with freedom of choice, while flexible layouts and informal materiality create an approachable, human-centered character. Nature-integrated design reinforces Nestlé’s commitment to wellbeing and balance, ensuring that productivity and comfort coexist harmoniously.
Design Principles
Sustainability & Reuse – Thoughtful reuse of existing elements, underscoring ecological responsibility.
Glocal Identity – Translating Nestlé’s global presence into a design language that resonates with local culture.
Inclusive, People-Centered Spaces – Ergonomic and emotionally engaging settings where every individual feels valued.
Material Storytelling – Cocoa browns, creamy whites, coffee hues, and subtle metallics echo Nestlé’s product heritage.
Functional Legacy – The brand’s journey is spatialized through textures, graphics, and art, weaving heritage into daily experience.
The Hilltown Workplace Experience
The reception sets the tone as a welcoming hub of openness and connection, while meeting rooms reflect the character of Nestlé’s diverse brands. Open collaboration areas, private phone booths, wellness corners, and thoughtfully designed kitchenettes enrich daily life, balancing functionality with comfort.
Nestlé’s Hilltown Office is not just an office—it is a living environment that nurtures productivity, strengthens corporate culture, and fosters a sense of belonging. It embodies Nestlé’s values of growth, care, and community, making them a tangible part of everyday work life.
