Transforming their San Francisco office with a full-floor renovation that prioritizes functional design, enhanced collaboration spaces, and a cohesive brand experience to support long-term growth and a dynamic workplace culture.
A confidential investment firm is undertaking a strategic workplace expansion and renovation to unify and optimize its presence within a single floor of its San Francisco office. The project will establish full-floor occupancy through the integration of an existing suite, encompassing approximately 16,000 square feet.
The scope of work includes significant interior enhancements focused on improving functionality and reinforcing brand expression. Planned upgrades include a welcoming reception experience, refined private offices, a reimagined kitchen, and refreshed lounge areas. The design approach emphasizes high-quality materials, deliberate contrast, and increased access to natural light to create a cohesive and inspiring environment. Approximately 30% of the existing floorplate will be reconfigured to enhance circulation and overall workspace efficiency.
New furniture will be introduced in key collaborative areas and private offices, supporting a high-performance, team-oriented workplace.
