Studio Elysian’s Homesol Real Estate Advisory offices in Mumbai expertly blends minimalist design with vibrant materiality and lighting, reflecting the dynamic energy of its leadership and the city’s spirit.
This 900 sq. ft. office for a real estate advisory firm is conceived as a spatial translation of its young leadership’s energy and ambition. The design begins with a restrained, minimal shell, allowing materiality, contrast, and lighting to progressively define a more expressive workspace.
A monochromatic palette anchors the space, with bespoke furniture in black establishing a strong visual rhythm across the floor plate. Clean, linear geometries are reinforced through sharp detailing and accentuated by layered lighting with sculptural fixtures to create depth and drama. A contemporary stained glass partition subtly defines and divides the cabins from the open workspace, balancing privacy with visual continuity while introducing a subtle play of light.
The office is further personalised with curated photographs and a map of Mumbai, highlighting the client’s journey and their connection to the city.
