The aim of the design was to present the company’s level and culture through the timeless design of their new offices. For us, a modern office is more of a private interior than a “classic office.” The space in which we work has a huge influence on us. And for us, it is essential that people feel great in our interiors. That is why we wanted to create a pleasant, friendly, and airy space. And we succeeded. Such are the new offices of Sekyra Group in the Arché building in Prague’s Karlín district.

The entire space begins in the entrance lobby, where the designer reception desk is located directly opposite the elevators for easy navigation. The beauty and elegance of wood and natural travertine. The nobility of bronze laminate and original pendant lights. Together with the “welcome” effect of the airy lobby, they create the perfect first impression. And the first impression of a visitor or a client lasts.

Essential to the proper functioning of the office was the creation of an open central lobby with a reception area, which closes off on both sides into quieter office areas. Thanks to this, the client area with a waiting zone is directly connected to the reception, followed by meeting rooms with different detail designs. An important task was placing a model of the investor’s current urban project in the client lobby. The large conference room for 21 people, which was one of the client’s main requirements, is worth mentioning. The room features an atypically shaped table that allows a comfortable view of the central screen from all seats. Suspended slats ensure proper acoustics. Operationally, the conference room is accessible directly from the reception lobby and also leads to the café hub. The visual connection through the glass partition can be controlled during meetings using a liquid crystal polymer film.

The café hub, equipped with a fully-fitted kitchen, is dominated by a solid oak bar table and serves as a community space for the entire company, a place for meeting and sharing, and a venue for various events.

The café hub provides access to a hidden terrace, which is an integral part of the functional use of the hub. An important room connected to the café hub is the enclosed lounge room, a space for less formal meetings with clients in a premium design. The glass partition for the lounge room ensures privacy and also contains a polymer film to regulate transparency.

The workspace is a combination of enclosed offices and smaller open spaces. A multispace. A pleasant, inspiring environment, a lively interior for work and meetings. A living office. A creative environment boosted by energy and ideas. The open space is divided by atypical screens and acoustic boxes for internal meetings and phone calls. A specific requirement was the placement of a projection table around which the team regularly meets to discuss joint projects. With comfortable and functional furniture, a pleasant atmosphere, and acoustic accessories, we have created a place where working is easy.

We designed high-quality materials, surfaces, and structures in muted pastel shades of brown, beige, light gray, and natural wood tones. Everything is balanced and elegant. Natural travertine tiles, a living green wall, beautiful cream-colored textured plasters, bronze smoked mirrors, beige lacquered tiles, bleached oak, terrazzo. The office interior was gradually complemented with reproductions from Dr. Sekyra’s private collections. These reproductions enhanced the overall aesthetic appeal of the office, turning it into an inspiring place for the company’s employees and clients.

An elegant mix of design, art, quality, and comfort. We have succeeded in creating offices where employees and clients feel that they are in the right place. Offices as a place to live.

The icing on the cake is the company’s client center, located on the ground floor of the building, connected to the main lobby of the Arché building. The new client center and the Sekyra Group office are connected by a unified design line. The main concept was to make maximum use of the above-standard ceiling height while meeting all of the investor’s operational requirements. We divided the main room spatially with atypical vertical slats across the entire height of the room. This allowed us to create individual semi-enclosed sections while maintaining the airiness of the central space as a whole. To ensure maximum clarity and effectiveness of the presentation materials, products of INSCA company were selected for the client center.
