EN Design Studio’s LSports Offices in Ashkelon, Israel, masterfully embody the concept of “Flexible Precision,” creating a dynamic work environment that balances accuracy and adaptability through clear geometries, transparent spaces, and fluid circulation to enhance both concentration and collaboration.
The LSports Vibes offices in Ashkelon house a leading real-time sports data company an environment shaped by accuracy, speed, and constant change. From the outset, the project translated these qualities into space through experience rather than metaphor.
The concept of Flexible Precision emerged: the ability to remain exact while allowing adjustment, movement, and responsiveness. This principle guided both planning and spatial language.
In optics, focus is not a single point but a zone of convergence. The more accurate the lens, the sharper the image yet something always remains slightly blurred, defining the limits of clarity. The same applies to human cognition. Focusing does not compress thought to a point, but creates a focused and flexible field.
The workplace reflects this balance. Clear axes, precise geometries, and defined elements coexist with transparency, layered views, and fluid movement. Stepped seating, open dining areas, and transparent meeting rooms create zones of concentration without isolation, allowing people to move within focus rather than be confined by it.
Cognitive flexibility the ability to shift perspective without losing clarity is embedded in the space. Circulation flows through shared areas, informal seating invites spontaneous interaction, and visual connections are maintained without compromising function.
True sharpness emerges between tension and softness, frame and freedom, seeing and understanding. The restrained material palette, bold color accents, and rhythmic repetition reinforce precision while leaving room for variation and human presence.
Completed during a time of war—both personal and collective the project shows that adaptability within a clear framework is not just a design strategy, but a necessity. Here, accuracy and flexibility are partners, supporting clarity, resilience, and everyday performance.
