Viiva is dedicated to simplicity, beauty, and practicality. The Viiva family has clean, uninterrupted lines, showcasing a lack of exposed hardware. Designer Samuli Naamanka says his design inspiration came from “the translation of the word Viiva in Finnish which means “line”. The goal was to keep the eye focused on the refined details of the chair, the tapered solid wood back, the waterfall seat and the inherent elegance of the uncomplicated and straightforward product. Chairs can be specified with wood or upholstered seats and stools are offered in 30”, 24”, and 18” seat height.
