Zubi Advertising’s New Miami Headquarters
Zubi Advertising has recently moved into a brand new headquarters located in the heart of Coral Gables, Miami. At 58,000 sqft, the LEED certified office provides a modern and environmentally friendly home for the company’s 100+ employees.
The advertising firm’s office is perched up on the building’s top level with floor-to-ceiling windows providing a large amount of natural light and views. The company adds, “With a minimalistic, chic style and completely open workspace, Zubi’s new-found literal transparency allows for its people, the sky, and 360-degree views of Coral Gables to act as its greatest accessories.”
In terms of the office’s design itself, the space consists of a large bullpen area for the majority of employees, with breakout rooms and private offices (also known as casitas) nearby. Employees can also take advantage of bike storage and shower facilities which are a huge perk after cycling in the hot Miami sun.
An awsome mosaic homage to the firm’s founder, Tere Zubizarreta is located in the elevator lobby which connects the firm to its roots. Founded in 1976, the advertising firm has become one of the country’s largest, minority-owned advertising agencies.
