Inside Electronic Arts’ Stockholm Offices

  • Electronic Arts is the world ‘s largest game producer who recently expanded their Stockholm operations and worked with BSK Architects to bring the office to life. A goal of the new office was using the Electronic Arts brand to influence the physical environment.

    BSK Architects’ concept for office was the idea of ​​an unreal reality, which also portrays Electronic Arts product – engineered worlds. The premises have been given their nature of mirrors and metal mesh that creates distorted , surreal place.

    The office , in addition to the open office solution also two hexagon shaped room containing both a pantry and game room and meeting rooms. Through the large windows propagates a striking view over Stockholm themselves out.

    The premises has characteristics both of a power station and a control center. This also mirrors Electronic Arts business in the new office. From here you can control the divisions EA Games Label and EA Bioware covering 13 games studios and 3,000 employees worldwide.
