Lazada – Ho Chi Minh City Offices
ZOES Creative Studio has designed and built the new offices for internet shopping mall Lazada, located in central business center of Ho ChiMinh City, Vietnam.
The design goals were to create an open–plan office to facilitate and encourage teamwork, and to clearly reflect the youthful spirit of Lazada. Functional features such as custom workstations, phonebooths and accessible“break out” areas for interaction, were incorporated into the office structure to support Lazada’s work process more enjoyably.
A well-defined recreational area includes an amphitheater and extended pantry hub that allows Lazada’s team to come together for team events. The open space area holds the core of the work machine: total of 530 staff are accommodated in different groups.
Above all, Lazada had to be a great place to work. This meant it had to be inspirational, non-traditional as well as functional. Zoes Creative Studio has solved the puzzle with finishes that comprises large areas of rich blue and red painted walls, graphic wall coverings and concrete flooring, adding bright spots of color where needed and rewarded with absolute satisfaction of Lazada to their new headquarter.
