The global award winning creative and advertising agency CP+B opened their London office in 2011 and moved into a beautiful, listed building in the Kings Cross area in 2012. When they called Trifle in mid-2014 it was clear that the space wasn’t performing the way that they needed it to – and everything needed a good sort out.

The brief was to rework all the existing meeting areas, transform the mezzanine into a kitchen/café space with breakout work areas, refurbish the reception area and build 4 brand new project rooms in the main office. We were also asked to replace all the existing desks and improve electrical and data systems.

The first building stage took place in the main office and mezzanine and the CP+B team were super-tolerant of being squeezed into every available corner of the building to work during this 3 week process. We installed new flooring, a large kitchen and café style area, designed bespoke furniture and library units, a new desk system and created the four project rooms with different uses and styles. Furniture choices ranges from modern to vintage to the down-right kooky!

Stage two was at the front of house where Trifle removed the three old meeting rooms to create one large boardroom complete with bespoke solid wood table. The reception area was transformed with a beautiful new retail-style desk made of reclaimed wood and luxurious, classic furniture items to give it a smart and stylish new look.

It’s a beautiful space that the CP+B team is proud to work in and is now designed for purpose and to suit the creative working needs of the agency.
