Carra W.M. – Melbourne Offices
A1 Office has designed a new office for financial firm Carra W.M. located in Melbourne, Australia.
Having already completed several spaces within the building, we were approached by this niche wealth management business, who were looking to move into a modern building and great space.
The lifestyle working building is a 5 star green star building in the bustling Docklands precinct. The modern exterior of the building called for similarly progressive interior design and layout within the tenancy.
The wall graphic seen in the meeting room was central to Carra W.M’s branding and served as the central inspiration for the project.
The small space (300 sqft) drove intelligent space planning and also meant that given the proximity – absolutely every feature of the office needed to be complimentary in detail and colour theming.
The business owner wanted his visitors to feel like they’re walking into his home for a coffee and a chat, not a stale financial planning office. He trusted us to make design decisions for him wholeheartedly, calling for close attention to detail in the fitout.
A soft, modern palette combined with the introduction of natural ply board, plenty of greenery, bronze powder coat and concrete furnishings rounded out the vibe the client sought.
