20|20 Research Offices – Nashville
Gresham Smith have developed the new headquarters offices of 20|20 Research located in Nashville, Tennessee.
The four-story workplace in downtown Nashville’s historic Frost building creates an efficient, amenity-rich environment that will help the company attract and retain the best and brightest team members. Through first-hand observation and client collaboration, the design team provided 20|20 with a unique, customized, highly functional workplace solution. The space includes three focus group/viewing rooms, open office space, privacy enclaves, a break room, and technology throughout to support a top-quality research experience.
20|20’s new, electric green logo is utilized throughout the space to brand the facility, bring energy into the workplace, and create consistency in the company image. The research-facility floor features an organized work flow and an elongated reception desk that provides ample space for check-in and check-out processes. The design team incorporated specialty lighting and acoustical considerations in a variety of client viewing rooms, as well as a range of seating types and raised platforms for clear vantage points, user comfort and flexibility. Wall graphics enhance wayfinding and create visual interest, while existing columns delineate space between open offices and shared collaborative space.
