WisdomTree – New York City Offices
VOA (now Stantec) has completed the design of a fast track office fit out for one of the industry’s largest Exchange -Trading Fund providers, WisdomTree.
WisdomTree sponsors 67 distinct ETFs that span asset classes and countries around the world. VOA created a space that incorporated an identity and brand reflecting WisdomTree’s Values and particular Workstyle. Moving from their previous office, WisdomTree wanted a space that would be a calm, light-filled environment, balancing out their technology-based business.
The warmth of the new office welcomes clients and employees alike. The space includes new passenger elevator lobby and reception, art gallery leading to Executive Board Room, and Executive offices with custom-designed furnishing. Offices have 90% glass fronts that allow daylight to reach all interior staff workstations. The seamless design draws the eye down corridors towards the extensive exterior views. Workstations are kept low to maximize the influx of light and maintain sight lines from one end of the building to the other.
Amenities include a staff lounge, Podcast room, Video Conference Suite, guest restroom, various breakout area areas and complete core toilet renovation and expansion. The new space features a warm, neutral palette with a sleek design that highlights views of New York City’s most iconic buildings.
