Prescient Offices – Chicago
Perkins+Will has developed the new offices of risk management firm Prescient located in Chicago, Illinois.
Prescient’s Chicago HQ in the iconic Prudential 1 Tower offers a terrific example of how design supports culture and strategy. The Perkins+Will design team was inspired by client’s integration of technology, big data, and surveillance, incorporating these functions into the overall design. For example, continuous light fixtures in the elevator lobby ceiling–representing the movement of data, information, and technology–are used as a linear wayfinding device that leads to the reception area. The new design offers sleek and modern spaces for Prescient’s employees to collaborate and innovate.
