  • OSO Architecture was engaged by international logistics company, Transbatur, to design their offices located in Istanbul, Turkey.

Transbatur office project is located in Beylikdüzü – Istanbul within an area of 500sqm. The office was designed for an international logistics company who has a staff consisting of 30 personnel. Starting from their fields of business, the interior concept was designed related to the logistic ideas. OSO Architecture adapted the road’s and container’s identical forms & material into the entrance hall’s interior space. Additionally, the curvy shelves in the entrance hall which are supported by the transparent glass have been designed for the exhibition of miniature tracks.

The general layout plan was designed as the combination of open office and private rooms. The “operation of import & export” departments are designed into open office space. However “finance” and “visa departments” who work independently were planned into the separate rooms. The special workstations for 5 people have been designed in accordance with the company requirements into open office area. Starting from this table’s hexagon form, the special hexagon lightings and floor covering have been designed in the same area. The office has got two manager rooms, one of them is managing the whole operation. Because of this reason, the manager room & open office have been designed as transparent as possible.

In the office where a dynamic and modern design language has been adopted in general sense, it has been aimed to create venues which are integrated with the corporate identity, have high energy and where comfort conditions are provided at a high level.
