Financial Partners Credit Union Offices – Costa Mesa
ONE NINE Architecture utilized clean lines and a minimal color palette to complete the Financial Partners Credit Union offices in Costa Mesa, California.
With an already established brand we worked with FPCU to reimagine their existing offices and create the new standard for their company moving forward. They wanted a fresh update that was modern yet still contemporary in a sophisticated way.
This tenant improvement started with an empty shell and full architectural and interior design services were provided to meet their needs. We started from scratch and create a layout to meet their programming needs. Space planning studies helped meet their headcount and custom features included built-in seating in the boardroom, lobby feature wall and reception desk, and conversation area in the breakroom. In addition, the exterior site was modified to meet ADA requirements, including a new ramp at the main entrance and new accessible stalls.
