DENTON designed a sophisticated office space for Evergreen Investment Advisors in London, featuring dark wood finishes, agile work areas, private meeting rooms, and a bespoke joinery feature wall.
When Evergreen Investment Advisors, a leading financial advisory firm, made the strategic decision to relocate their London HQ, they knew they needed the support of a team of specialists to make the transition seamless. DENTON’s London-based team partnered with Evergreen to ensure their move wouldn’t disrupt their operations, but also that their new St James’s Square home would be an office design that reflected their prestigious brand and meet the team’s functional needs.
The DENTON team crafted the office design to ensure the space available was utilised to the maximum. Creating a boutique-style environment, featuring dark wood finishes, intricate joinery throughout, the team incorporated agile work areas to foster collaboration and enable flexibility for the Evergreen team.
Recognising the importance of confidentiality in client interactions, the office layout included private meeting rooms and phone rooms where advisors could discuss sensitive matters and portfolios with clients in a discreet setting.
Ensuring the office was a warm and inclusive environment for visitors and staff alike, DENTON implemented a bespoke joinery feature wall in the welcome space, a standout element of the office design. This wall prominently displays Evergreen Investment Advisors’ brand logo as a visually striking focal point reinforcing the company’s identity and professionalism.
