Inspired Evolution, a pioneer in sustainable investment solutions, entrusted Trend Group to design and build their new office space on Osborne Road, Claremont, Cape Town. This 380 sqm project aimed to transform the area into a modern, functional, and welcoming office environment. The comprehensive design and build process by Trend Group was completed over an eight-week timeline, tailored to meet the specific needs of a dynamic and forward-thinking industry.Crafting a Sustainable Sanctuary: Client Needs and Objectives
Inspired Evolution’s primary objective was to create an office space that reflected their innovative and sustainable ethos. They sought a design that balanced corporate professionalism with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Essential requirements included functional workspaces, informal breakout areas, and the use of sustainable materials to align with their brand values.Innovating with Nature: The Creative Design Process

The design concept focused on integrating natural materials and biophilic elements to foster a connection with nature, enhancing well-being and productivity. The team overcame this by incorporating features such as wooden slat dividers in the reception area, deep forest green accent walls, and acoustic baffles for optimal sound quality in the boardroom. Metal-framed glass panels were used to maintain an open feel while providing necessary divisions.Synergy in Design: Concept Refinement and Collaboration
