FM Systems Offices – Raleigh
Little Diversified Architectural Consulting’s FM Systems offices in Raleigh seamlessly merges industrial heritage with modern design, creating a dynamic workspace that fosters collaboration, flexibility, and a people-first culture.
FM: Systems recently relocated just seven miles from its former location to 1101 East Whitaker Mill Road, Suite 220, choosing the reimagined Raleigh Iron Works Campus as the site for its new headquarters. This thoughtfully revitalized development blends industrial character with modern conveniences, creating a people-focused workspace designed to draw employees back to the office and foster collaboration. The new headquarters reflects FM: Systems’ commitment to a people-first culture and serves as a dynamic, real-time showcase for its innovative workplace management technologies, offering a space for meaningful interactions with our employees, clients, and business partners.
Completed in August 2024, the headquarters strikes a balance between high-performance office design and hospitality-inspired comfort. A custom bourbon bar, evoking the warmth of traditional gathering spaces, provides an elegant and welcoming environment for both employees and clients. Adjacent to it, a private outdoor deck expands the space for informal meetings and entertaining guests.
Throughout the office, FM: Systems’ cutting-edge workplace technologies are seamlessly integrated, transforming the space into a living showroom. The design pays homage to the building’s heritage with exposed industrial materials, while flexible layouts cater to the evolving needs of the post-pandemic work culture, emphasizing collaboration, adaptability, and employee engagement. This integration of technology and tradition creates a space that is both innovative and inviting.
