Contour Interiors crafted the Qube Logistics Offices in Sydney to reflect an evolving identity, combining natural textures with cutting-edge technology to create a refined, sustainable workplace that enhances collaboration and employee well-being.
As one of Australia’s leading logistics and infrastructure companies, Qube partnered once again with Contour Interiors to create a refined and future-focused workplace in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Set across 2100m² and two expansive floors, the new headquarters was designed to reflect Qube’s evolving identity, elevate the employee experience, and project a confident presence in line with the organisation’s growing national stature.
This workplace is not just a reflection of where Qube is today, but where it is headed. The design embraces panoramic views over Sydney Harbour, creating a daily sense of orientation, calm, and inspiration. It balances spatial performance with atmosphere—placing equal value on productivity, comfort, and connection.
Open-plan zones flow into quiet, acoustically balanced work pods, while informal lounges, touchdown areas, and a central breakout hub invite spontaneous collaboration. This spatial flexibility enables hybrid working and team fluidity without compromising clarity or coherence.
The interior palette draws inspiration from the surrounding landscape, blending natural textures and contemporary finishes to create a space that feels grounded yet elevated. Integrated technology—including state-of-the-art AV and intuitive booking systems—supports seamless collaboration across teams and time zones.
Material selections were made with long-term sustainability in mind, reflecting a commitment to circular economy principles and wellbeing. Biophilic touches, soft ambient lighting, and ergonomic furniture create a sense of care that is felt, not just seen.
The result is a workplace that brings form and function into alignment: energising yet composed, high-performing yet human. It is a place Qube’s people are proud to work in, and a space that meaningfully supports the company’s continued growth.
