Their outdated headquarters no longer supported the evolving needs of a post-pandemic workforce where hybrid schedules, collaboration and engagement had become paramount. Kraton’s relocation to 9950 Woodloch in The Woodlands — the last available full-floor space in a vibrant, amenity-rich district — marks a deliberate shift from their previous location where the lack of nearby restaurants and gathering spots made it less appealing for employees to return.
