Yemanja’s Welcome To The Jungle offices in Paris masterfully intertwine creativity and collaboration, crafting a vibrant workspace that reflects the company’s culture while fostering innovation and inclusivity.
When Welcome To The Jungle decided to reinvent its headquarters, the goal was to create a space that fully embodied its culture while meeting the specific needs of its teams — a place where innovation and conviviality could seamlessly come together.
Yemanja met with the team, listened to their needs, embraced their values, and set out to design a workspace — through creative direction and layout — that would be anything but ordinary.
And so the “Welcome House” was born: a truly welcoming place designed to inspire, connect, transform, and explore the future of work.
The Welcome House embodies the company’s core values: friendliness, flexibility, creativity, and inclusivity.
Working at Welcome to the Jungle means exploring new ways of collaborating, connecting, and creating. And the new offices needed to reflect that mindset.
Why the ‘Lab’House’ universe?
‘Lab’ because, like a laboratory, Welcome to the Jungle passionately explores what the future of work might look like, experimenting with new approaches—like the four-day workweek or fully remote work.
The office tells the story of these explorations. You’ll find meeting rooms like no other: the ‘Échantillothèque’ (Sample Library), for example, showcases raw materials as an open invitation to creativity, while ‘La Manufacture’, with its woven walls, celebrates ingenuity. ‘La Fabrique’, decorated with Legos, evokes collaborative building around shared projects.
‘House’ because Welcome to the Jungle puts people at the heart of everything it does. The well-being of team members and a sense of hospitality toward visitors are top priorities.
For instance, the team area—with its piano—encourages limitless imagination, spontaneous encounters, and letting go. The custom-built bar invites people to casually connect over coffee or lunch. Nestled under the roof, various relaxation spaces allow everyone to unwind and freely follow their impulses.
