het Kantoor van Morgen revitalized Lantmännen Unibake offices in Londerzeel, creating a cozy atmosphere that harmoniously reflects the brand identity while promoting collaboration and well-being.
Office Refresh
Lantmännen Unibake contacted us for the refresh of their offices. The old office space had a rather white, sterile appearance that lacked atmosphere and coziness. As a result, part of the office often remained unused.
Cozy Atmosphere and Brand Identity
The client primarily wanted a cozier and more attractive office for employees that would also better reflect the brand identity.
The project began with a workshop in which we compiled a requirements plan with representatives from different departments. Based on this input, a space planning was developed, which was then shared with the working group. Together, we also determined the look and feel that aligns with the identity of the company and its various brands.
From Offices to Roof Terrace
In addition to the offices, the lunch area, roof terrace, and large meeting room were also redesigned. Color use, wall-filling visuals, and plants gave the office a recognizable identity. Carpets, curtains, mood lighting, and a mix of existing and new furniture contributed to a homely atmosphere. Finally, the roof terrace was also transformed into an attractive outdoor space with plenty of greenery and various seating areas.
