E·LAND China Offices – Shanghai
E·LAND’s in-house design team created a cohesive, open-plan layout for their Shanghai office that fosters collaboration and innovation while embodying the brand’s core values through elegant design.
Located in Shanghai, E·LAND China’s new office spans approximately 4,000 square meters. The layout is meticulously planned to optimize workflow and collaboration, with custom-designed furniture that empowers employees to innovate and work together efficiently. The space also embodies the brand’s core values of “sharing, integrity, growth, and service”.
A sleek palette of black, gray, and brown defines the entire space. This color scheme flows seamlessly across the floors, walls, and every piece of furniture, creating a visual consistency that unifies the environment. The result is a cohesive and elegant space that perfectly reflects the brand’s forward-thinking fashion spirit while creating a sophisticated and contemporary atmosphere.
An open-plan, circular layout acts as a dynamic link, connecting diverse functional areas like offices, informal collaboration spaces, and training rooms. This design breaks down spatial barriers, energizing the workspace and ensuring seamless transitions for work and communication across different settings. With frosted glass and open partitions separating each area, the office avoids feeling chaotic or closed off, instead maintaining a clear, airy feel.
The diverse range of work scenes is another key feature. Sleek, light-colored Torii workstations, complemented by deep, dark VX office chairs, define an open-plan office area with a sense of alternating order and rhythm. Innovation is everything for fashion professionals. Instead of traditional workstations, a range of varied collaboration spaces helps them generate more interesting ideas. As a result, you’ll find flexible and dynamic collaboration zones scattered across the entire office. Layer chairs and Candy occasional tables shine in these spots, giving employees the perfect place for impromptu teamwork or a quick chat. Adjacent to the open collaboration areas are small focus pods, designed for individuals who need to concentrate and think. Their screens provide visual privacy, creating a semi-private space where people can work without distraction.
From its spatial layout to its scene design, the E·LAND China office fully embodies the brand’s core values of “sharing, integrity, growth, and service.” It provides a comfortable, pleasant, and innovative workplace for employees, making the office a true vehicle for the brand’s philosophy.
