  • Located in a modern twelve-story commercial building in downtown Washington, D.C., our office at 1225 I Street NW reflects our commitment to thoughtful, integrated design. The space is a physical expression of our multidisciplinary practice, where architecture, interiors, and construction converge to support creativity, collaboration, and comfort.

The open-concept layout is organized around a central collaboration area that doubles as a workspace and pin-up area, anchoring the studio’s collective energy. This core offers flexible workstations, while the collaboration suite provides bay window seating for informal gatherings. Each element was designed to foster spontaneous interaction and focused productivity.

Contrasting dark and light-painted surfaces define zones for varied activities, while layered lighting strategies; ambient, task, and accentenhance, both functionality and atmosphere. The office also offers enclosed rooms for quiet, concentrated work, balancing the openness of the main floor with spaces for privacy and reflection. Integrated storage beneath work surfaces and along walls maintains a clean, efficient environment. Custom millwork display materials and resources, while plush seating and a tufted bench wrapping the bay window add warmth and comfort.
