Philips Healthcare Offices – Bangkok
YAAF DESIGN was tasked to create a wellbeing-focused office space for Philips Healthcare located in Bangkok, Thailand.
At Philips, our purpose is to improve people’s health and well-being through meaningful innovation. They aim to improve 2.5 billion lives per year by 2030, including 400 million in underserved communities.
As a technology company, we – and our brand licensees – innovate for people with one consistent belief: there’s always a way to make life better.
From the design perspective of Philips Healthcare is not only the workspace but also a community space where people come to collaborate for generating the new product and service. We have created a new workspace environment mixed between an agile working space for sales & marketing teams who rarely work in the office with only Engineers, IT, operations, Directors who need a fixed desk. So, the rest of the staff can work anywhere with a variety of seating that is provided.
From the brand guideline, we did follow in terms of the function and required corporate identity. Moreover, we co-create with the head of the regional & local team by creating a happy and energetic look & feel into Philips Healthcare’s workplace; thus, productivity gains more and more.
Finally, the most successful project that we did is that we do create happiness & productivity in the workplace.
