UNI Techmyth Incubator Offices – Shanghai
SCADI designed the UNI Techmyth incubator office space in Shanghai, integrating AI innovation with dynamic, efficient, and creative spaces promoting collaboration and innovation.
NOVAH created the UNI Techmyth incubator office space for Beiyang AI Town, which focuses on innovative projects in the field of artificial intelligence and embodied intelligence, and promotes it to become a highland of AI development integrating campus, campus and community.
In the spacious and bright Show Hall, the stepped seating area at the rear accommodates flexible audience seating and ensures unobstructed views. It adds a sense of hierarchy to the space and enlivens the entire Show Hall.
In the open office area, the office, collaboration and meeting functions are open and dynamic to meet the needs of teams of different sizes. The small collaboration area, the small meeting area with multi-people collaboration and display functions, and the single workstations facing the window view all show the high efficiency and flat characteristics, and at the same time, it is also a smart space full of creativity and vitality.
The restaurant with its simple and modern display and comfortable furniture combinations are designed to provide a more cozy and relaxing dining environment for employees during their work breaks.
Every space in Beiyang AI Town’s UNI Techmyth demonstrates a deep understanding of and respect for innovation and humanity. UNI Techmyth is a model of an intelligent town integrating science and technology, ecology and humanity.
