Belkin’s New Headquarters

Belkin, the largest peripheral maker that I can think of, recently moved into a new headquarters. The project looks to be filled with a nice amount of Herman Miller and was completed by Howard Building Corporation.

The space has a nice variety of colors throughout the office space and mixed into furniture choices. Desking is in low-rise desk systems, with conference spaces intermixed throughout for employees to have formal or informal meetings. Here is a little from the builder:

“This corporate office and light manufacturing facility totaled 150,000 square feet in Playa Vista, California. The 80,000 square feet of office area includes an open ceiling design, systems furniture, private, exterior offices and conference rooms, as well as a 7,000 square foot cafeteria and kitchen. The main 34,000 square foot laboratory features compressed air and LN2 distribution for painting spray booths while the CNC laboratory contains methane burners and detection. The project was completed in 24 weeks.”
