Hastings Fund Management Offices – Melbourne
Hastings Fund Management has recently moved into a new 12,000 sq. ft office in Melbourne, Australia. Designed by V Arc, a key goal of the project was to accomodate future growth and create a fun and vibrant workplace.
“The design solution consists of bright, warm, and fully accessible client environments, sustained by a range of intimate quite zones and open fully equipped support spaces for collaboration and team work. The open plan work environments are open and welcoming, with an abundance of natural light.
A large multi-use and flexible breakout was introduced into the fit out. With spectacular views, this space not only provides a place to have lunch, it now acts as a ‘social hub’ of the organization – opening up lines of communication and providing the backdrop to host client functions/ parties and informal meetings.”
