Virtual Affairs Offices – Amsterdam
Internet agency Virtual Affairs recently moved into a new office which was designed by studiomfd. Located in Amsterdam, the new design transforms what was previously a gumball factory into a wonderful open plan office.
“Studiomfd was given the challenge to create a complete interior design concept that would suit its large scale. Together, we chose an open work plan. Like bees in a hive, employees can freely move back and forth between their workplaces and the long picnic tables, meeting rooms, standing rooms, and long work tables (especially popular with international employees). The seemingly unorganised ‘homey’ concept also seamlessly matches the industrial character of the building.”
