AEI Architecture and Interiors has designed a new office for Coca-Cola’s operations in Colombia.
Coca-Cola’s new offices are a pleasant space where people can feel inspired. A red container, a huge Coca-Cola bottle, old advertising and other elements that evoke the company’s beginning are essential to create an inspirational office. The workplaces are open and transparent, very different from the old ones. This meant a huge change in the way of doing things. Employees were used to private, individual offices that did not promote collaborative work. This new distribution encourages communication between employees, although maintaining high levels of confidentially.
