i-Sight Partners – Amsterdam Offices
Roof Design Studio has developed a new office space in Amsterdam for i-Sight Partners.
In its branch in Amsterdam, Netherlands, it was necessary to move to a better-located and bigger office, in order to follow the company’s development. On this premise, Roof Design Studio was asked to develop an office to accommodate the needs of this growing company with attention and rigor on the defined budget. Roof Design Studio approached from the beginning this space, an historic building in the centre of Amsterdam with an area of 1000 sqm.
Our goal was to create a humanized, comfortable and motivating environment that encourages this force of young and ambitious work.
We did a creative approach to this two floors office, trying to provide differentiated and dynamic spaces that allow workers to change their environment and context, so that each person can seek the most favorable environment for the creation of innovative solutions.
We integrated spaces for leisure, relaxation and work that help to break the monotony and get a breath of fresh air!
The project resulted in the development of various spaces of certain functions:
- an inviting lobby area
- two direction offices
- four open space workrooms
- an amphitheatre/brainstorming room
- a direction meeting room
- two multi-functional areas of work – phone booths – with a wide and versatile lounge with relaxation, eating and working areas, not missing a gaming space with video-games, darts, bar highs and a ping-pong table, to free up some energy
Furthermore, we created a lawn amphitheatre space that is used for brainstorming meetings or for individual use, or the phone-booths, built as cosy wooden houses, with nature connected details. These spaces are suitable for individual or group use and have been soundproofed in order to create a calm and private ambience, perfect for virtual meetings with colleagues and clients around the world.
The colours are vibrant and constantly present at the various spaces in different forms and expressions, to brighten up the cold and dark days that characterize this city where the office is located. The workspace resulted in a relaxing, inviting, functional and above all, creative space that provides a differentiated and desirable environment.
Because it is known that the quality of the work environment influences the quality of work!
The entire project is characterized by a creative and different approach, which responded to the client’s need and simultaneously surprised the employees within the established budget as objective.
