Comcast Spotlight – Chicago Offices
CannonDesign has developed a new office design for Comcast Spotlight located in Chicago, Illinois.
CannonDesign’s third project with Comcast Spotlight, the media company’s sales arm, was the relocation of its flagship sales office for the Chicago area.
CannonDesign conceived the design, taking cues from television studios. Like a studio, there are set pieces or focal points placed within a blank canvas. This puts a spotlight on key areas of the office—the welcome area anchored by a kinetic wrap-around video wall, café, collaboration areas. In other areas, the blank canvas actually shifts the focal point outside of the office, highlighting the location’s impressive views of Michigan Avenue and the Chicago River, reinforcing the importance of the connection between Chicago and Comcast Spotlight.
