Iconix Brand Group – New York City Offices
VOA (now Stantec) has completed the office design of fashion and home brand parent Iconix Brand Group in New York City.
Iconix Brand Group is the parent company to a diversified portfolio of fashion and home brands that touch every segment of retail distribution from the luxury market to the mass market.
VOA’s new office design includes product showrooms for retail merchandising, branding and fashion design, multipurpose conference rooms with movable walls, and an interconnecting stairway. The unique merger of translucent private offices along the perimeter and open plan environment in the center creates a balance of privacy with a collaborative work environment. Low paneled workstations allow for privacy without obstructing the open plan.
